BACKGROUND: Events has always been a passion, and Kate always found herself mesmerised watching stylists transform spaces into something magical and this is when she knew that this was what she wanted to do. Fast forward to today, Kate now run's her own successful décor business, bringing visions to life and loves every second of it!

FUTURE ASPIRATIONS: The team are excited to keep growing and bringing the life and atmosphere to even more events! Their passion is transforming spaces and creating unforgettable moments, and they can’t wait to see what this year has in store for them. The best is yet to come!

Impacting The Young

EVENT OFFERING:  Impacting the Young is a unique speaker agency dedicated to bridging the gap between theoretical education and real-world insights. They connect schools, colleges, universities and corporate businesses with inspiring speakers from diverse backgrounds. Their speakers cover a wide range of topics, including mental health, high performance, careers and resilience. For every paid business talk, they will fund a school talk, ensuring that young people receive valuable insights and inspiration.

BACKGROUND: Their aspiration is to expand Impacting The Young’s reach beyond the UK, making their speaker agency accessible to educational institutions worldwide. They aim to inspire and educate students globally by connecting them with diverse speakers from various industries and backgrounds.

FUTURE ASPIRATIONS: Impacting the Young was founded by Yasmin Li, with a vision to bridge the gap between theoretical education and real-world insights. Yasmin left her corporate job to create a speaker agency that connects diverse speakers with schools, colleagues, and universities. Impacting The Young’s mission is to become the world’s most accessible speaker agency for educational institutions.

MakersCAFE

EVENT OFFERING: MakersCAFE personalise and customise items such as laptops, phones, perfume bottles, water bottles, bags etc. They do this live at events to encourage engagement and interaction as people witness a laser beam engraving on their item before their eyes, so that they can proudly take the giveaway embellished and personalised. 

BACKGROUND: MakersCAFE used to be a café where customers could get things made using laser cutting and 3D printing. It was the world's first 3D printing café and had significant press exposure: BBC, Channel 4, Time Out and Wall Street Journal. After the café closed due to gentrification in Shoreditch, the team focused on their events business where they personalise items for corporate brands using their state of the art technologies.

FUTURE ASPIRATIONS: The MakersCAFE team are aiming to expand the team, their army of existing mobile units and also add a few more personalisation technologies such as embossing, stamping and embroidery. They would like to think they are the leading brand when it comes to item personalisation with latest technologies.

The Crafty Hen

EVENT OFFERING: Working nationwide, The Crafty Hen offer unique creative experiences and fun craft workshops, delivered by professional independent crafts people. They tailor each workshop to your specific requests or corporate brief. Perfect as a fun group activity for private parties, Christmas socials, team building days, corporate events or in-store experiences. Their unique experiences are enjoyable activities for all ages, abilities and audiences to tap into their creative side and come away with a handmade keepsake.

BACKGROUND: The Crafty Hen was hatched by Julie Roberts who is a highly skilled textile artist with over 15 years workshop experience to date. Her knowledge has allowed her to spread her wings into teaching in just about every craft area you could think of. The brood of workshop leaders began with colleagues Julie has worked with from across the country, and has now expanded to include a wealth of other professional crafts people and expert workshop leaders to deliver our award winning workshops nationwide.

FUTURE ASPIRATIONS: To make creativity accessible for all! With wellness and mental health a key element in the workplace these days, they explain that it is a joy that incentivise people to step away from their devices and get hands on creating something to be proud of.

StreetHunt Games 

EVENT OFFERING: StreetHunt Games offer immersive, self-guided outdoor mystery games set in captivating locations in London & York. Think a grown-up scavenger hunt meets escape room meets murder mystery.

BACKGROUND: StreetHunt Games was launched in 2021 by married accountants, Annaliza and Tony. Tony wrote the first game between jobs to channel his creative passion and following a redundancy Annaliza has driven the business forward. Their CTO Nick (Tony’s brother), turned the concept into reality with his programming background and start-up know-how.

FUTURE ASPIRATIONS: Their vision is to create immersive games throughout the UK and internationally, focusing on the interaction between technology and the environment. They strive to provide fun escapism to players across varied customer segments - continuing their record of 5* reviews. They are also excited to be launching their Manchester games in April 2025.

Half The Story

EVENT OFFERING: Half the Story is a social enterprise employing people facing major barriers to work, including homelessness. They offer delicious handmade shortbread cookies which come in three flavours: original, choc chip and lemon. All biscuits come with an innovative card insert explaining how the biscuits are rewriting somebody's story from homelessness to hope. Every employee in their bakery earns a real Living Wage and has access to mentoring and holistic support.

BACKGROUND: Half the Story was born in 2024 to create life-changing jobs for people with significant barriers to employment, including homelessness. They have grown from a borrowed kitchen to their own purpose-built bakery space, created 22 life-changing jobs, and now supply biscuits to the boardrooms, cafés and hospitality spaces of FTSE 100 businesses and Premier League clubs.

FUTURE ASPIRATIONS: Half the Story has experienced amazing growth through 2024, which continues into 2025. Every win for them represents even more life-changing jobs created. The plan is to expand their bakery operation into new areas and change even more lives.

Garner & Graze

EVENT OFFERING: Garner & Graze create beautiful, healthy and delicious grazing set ups, lunches & brunches that taste as good as they look. Their focus is on using ingredients that are fresh, seasonal and the highest quality available. They can cater for any event, from office lunches, to brand events, baby showers and weddings.

BACKGROUND: Flo has always had a passion for making things look cute and when the grazing table trend first popped up, she had to give it a go. She put together a few grazing boards for friends' events, and then secured her first big job while working at WeWork as a Barista, creating a grazing table for their Thursday night drinks. It was such a big hit that she ended up catering at most of the WeWorks throughout London, and so the journey began...

FUTURE ASPIRATIONS: Flo's husband has since quit his job and joined the business full time this year. They would love to build out the team a little more so that they can cater more events. Eventually the goal is to own an event space that their customers can hire as a beautiful place to gather and enjoy their food.

The Pottery Pop Up

EVENT OFFERING: The Pottery Pop Up team bring the joy and relaxation of pottery painting straight to your events, completely hassle-free! They provide all the materials, set everything up, and handle collection afterward, so all you have to do is enjoy the creative experience. Whether it’s a corporate team-building session, a special celebration, or a fun get-together, they will ensure to make it easy, stress-free, and memorable.

BACKGROUND: The team discovered that many people loved the idea of pottery but felt held back by the cost and hassle of setting up at home. That's why they created The Pottery Pop Up, by bringing the studio to you! Forget about investing in a kiln or worrying about all the supplies as they provide everything you need so you can relax, unleash your creativity, and make your events extra special with a handmade keepsake you can cherish every day.

FUTURE ASPIRATIONS: To grow the business into a go-to creative experience for teams, communities and events across London and beyond. The Pottery Pop Up founder, Victoria would love to expand into larger corporate events, bringing pottery painting to more workplaces as a fun and engaging team-building activity.

Visual Eye Creative

EVENT OFFERING: Visual Eye Creative offers full photography coverage of commercial events including conferences, product launches and corporate meetings. They deliver high resolution, colour balanced and consistent imagery with a fast turnaround to meet their clients' image requirements. In addition they produce and supply high-end event videography working alongside their trusted clients to capture the energy, professionalism, and unique atmosphere of each event.

BACKGROUND: As photography specialists with over 10 years’ experience photographing commercial events, they are committed to producing exceptionally high quality photography. Their sensitivity to composition, lighting and detail enables them to produce beautiful imagery that is both creatively striking and technically precise. They pride themselves on their reliability and confidence to deliver for their clients.

FUTURE ASPIRATIONS: By providing innovative and creative imagery, they aim to use photography and videography to grow their client base. They enjoy working alongside a diverse network of people and wish this continue to develop in the future.

Maison Palom

EVENT OFFERING:  Maison Palom offers handmade, timeless jewellery collections and framed decorative art pieces in the style of a creative workshops, allowing people to experience the joy of crafting their own jewellery and leaving with a meaningful, handmade piece.

BACKGROUND: After 15 years in graphic design, Johanna founded Studio Rêve to help brands express their essence through design. Five years ago in France, she launched Maison Palom, creating handmade, timeless jewellery from polymer clay, focused on uniqueness and eco-consciousness. Now based in London, developing this project in a new country and culture has been both stimulating and challenging. Johanna has since expanded into decorative art and offer creative workshops, sharing the joy of making and connecting with others.

FUTURE ASPIRATIONS: Johanna's goal is to establish Maison Palom as a recognised brand in London, known for its handmade jewellery and decorative art. She aims to expand through partnerships, events and workshops and also plans to grow their online presence, staying true to eco-conscious design and small-batch production.

Deluxe Event Lighting

EVENT OFFERING: Deluxe Event Lighting specialise in creative lighting solutions that transform spaces for events, productions and experiences. Drawing from their expertise in TV and film lighting, they use innovative technology to enhance environments with dynamic, immersive lighting designs. Their approach is rooted in both technical precision and artistic vision, ensuring that every space they illuminate is visually striking and uniquely tailored to its purpose.

BACKGROUND: Their expertise has traditionally been in TV and film lighting. Through this work, they have had the opportunity to illuminate a variety of events, where they discovered their passion for transforming spaces through the power of light. With the introduction of innovative new equipment, they believe we they have developed a unique approach to reimagining and enhancing spaces.

FUTURE ASPIRATIONS: Their goal is to grow their client database, allowing them to expand their expertise and offer even more diverse and immersive experiences. As they continue to innovate in lighting design, they also aspire to incorporate high-quality audio solutions, creating a seamless fusion of sound and light.
