Club Vino are wine tasting experts who provide fun and relaxed events, within London and around the UK. Guests will get the chance to sample amazing wines from boutique family owned wineries around the world at the same time as learning the enriching stories behind each bottle. Their mission is to deliver premium wine tasting experiences that leave a lasting impression on you and your guests as well as creating a room full of happy people for not only a perfect event but memories that will last forever.

Club Vino also offer a luxury, bespoke corporate gifting service, which is the perfect thank you for your clients, colleagues and staff.

BACKGROUND

Pre-covid we were hosting wine tasting supper clubs which obviously all had to be cancelled due to Covid. During lockdown we decided to take the events online and sold wine tasting boxes along with a link to a pre-recorded video - this was a success and soon after, corporate clients started contacting us to host live virtual tastings. The business went from strength to strength during lockdown and now we are navigating the post lockdown world as a specialist event wine tasting event company.

To continue to grow and build our client database around the UK, hosting amazing wine tasting events and educating people about the drink they love, in a fun and relaxed manner.

Be in Your Element is a wellness events company providing tailored holistic experiences, workshops and breakout sessions for live, virtual or hybrid events. We believe whatever you do, you should 'be in your element'. We are passionate about creating memorable experiences that not only enhance well-being but that provide transferable skills for our clients to take back into their day-to-day lives, from sessions, workshops, programmes and retreats.

BACKGROUND

I started in the events industry 15 years ago, event managing local to global events. When the pandemic hit, there were no events to manage... With the 'time' most of us had then been given, I learnt a new craft, which unknowingly at the time was my saviour in a moment where I had lost purpose. The simplicity of arts and crafts, getting creative, bringing people together and how powerful this can be for the mind, body and soul really hit a chord with me, and from there Be In Your Element was born.

FUTURE ASPIRATIONS

To make people's well-being take front and centre as a standard element of any business and event.

We are also very passionate about giving the younger generation the tools and understanding of well-being. We volunteer to teach in nurseries and schools. Let's be the prevention as much as the cure.

AIRSTREAM STUDIO

The team at Airstream Studio have created an incredible photo studio inside a vintage Airstream. It's the ideal feature for any corporate event, wedding or party.

BACKGROUND

We have always been passionate about photography and all things vintage. It was the perfect excuse to buy a 1940's Airstream and turn it into a glamorous photobooth!

GOURMET LUXE

Bespoke premium corporate gifting. Our luxury gift boxes are not just a delight for the taste buds, they will take you on a journey of discovery and give you a reason to create great new memories. Gourmet Luxe celebrates the need to surprise, to pamper, to celebrate, to indulge and to feast.

BACKGROUND

The idea behind our business was born from a challenge that one of our founders (a brand strategist) faced when wanting to present his fiancée with a truly bespoke gift of exclusively rose flavoured products. After extensively searching for some very exclusive products and ordering from several sources, choosing a luxurious box and struggling to tie a ribbon around it, Rahul thought there was a gap in the market that needed to be filled...for a premium gifting concierge.

FUTURE ASPIRATIONS

We have already started creating a few own label products and would like to expand on this, working with independent artisans. We celebrate diversity by curating gifts for festivals of multiple cultures and denominations and we would like to introduce more gourmet products from overseas to the UK.

UKCS

EVENT OFFERING

We are a supplier of sustainable and eco-friendly consumables, including catering supplies, branded products, tableware, glassware, bar supplies and cleaning and hygiene supplies.

BACKGROUND

We started selling cleaning and hygiene products which quickly developed into the supply of sustainable cleaning and hygiene and packaging supplies suited to large scale events and venues.

FUTURE ASPIRATIONS

To help remove single-use plastics and non-recyclable products in large scale events.

ACUPRESS

EVENT OFFERING

Acupress provides a unique health promotion service tailored to meet the client’s individual needs. In your office, in the cosiness of your home or at your special event, Acupress provides a stress free service that will leave you, your employees, guests or clients relaxed, revitalised and ready to continue with the daily routine. Offering 10-60 minute individual treatments of reflexology, acupressure, Indian head massage, EFT and nada ear acupuncture.

Adriana has been practising for 25 years and is a master in molecular biology.

FUTURE ASPIRATIONS

Acupress would like to expand into the event industry and concentrate more on providing treatment and experiences for corporate events. 

LIBERTY KITCHEN

EVENT OFFERING

Liberty Kitchen is a street food social enterprise whose mission is to create, produce and deliver a delicious ‘street ball’ (veggie, vegan and meatballs) menu working with prisoners and ex-prisoners in an initiative designed to cut reoffending, promote rehabilitation and see the reintegration of men who have gained invaluable life and work skills. In June 2019 it won the BBC Radio 4 Food and Farming Best in UK Street Food, and by the following March had three markets and multiple events was ready to scale.

BACKGROUND

Liberty Kitchen was designed as a street food concept providing a range of practical, creative and life skills in catering and enterprise within Europe’s largest female prison, HMP Holloway. When Holloway closed, a similar exercise was carried out with men in Pentonville prison who equally saw its value. Since its first trial in late 2017, Liberty Kitchen, has delivered its 10 week programme in Pentonville to 15 cohorts of men and equipped 69 with practical catering, enterprise and life skills.

FUTURE ASPIRATIONS

Despite the impact of Covid Liberty Kitchen is back with its ambition to scale to: identify and trial ‘new’ market locations; build its event offering and menu, securing regular slots with those with has a similar mission; and most importantly work with more people in and out of prison.

PRETTY LITTLE PARTY

Pretty Little Party offers a variety of balloon decor, bell tent hire, picnic set ups, table displays and much more for corporate and private events. 

BACKGROUND

I was made redundant due to Covid and working in the events industry and my little business was born out of it. I now have a full time job at Uptown events and run my balloon business alongside it (which come hand in hand very nicely).

FUTURE ASPIRATIONS

I'm currently building a new HQ at home and would love to work with/at more the top London venues. 

THE WALKING THEATRE EVENTS COMPANY

We put performance into any place, from gardens, playgrounds and woodlands, to streets, hotels and shopping malls...no space is too small or too big to activate with performance stories. We offer any pop up stories and songs to include and engage: From themed theatre and food demos, to quirky characters, to classic tales and Shakespeare. We can be entirely flexible and would work with what best fits the theme and focus of the event and the space.

BACKGROUND

Sadie Dixon-Spain, actress, writer & creative type, found herself living in a shed, next to a ruined castle, in the wilds of Scotland, with her husband, two small children and sundry pets. Stepping away from the bright lights and frothy coffees of London town, she thought her life as a creative was no more. Then one day, a VIP asked if Sadie could do something 'theatrical' for a local event and thus the 'The Walking Theatre' began.

We are investing and developing our company of creatives, in the South East and Scotland: It's our ambition to form core teams of specialised, professional performance artists throughout the UK, partnering with events companies to deliver outstanding performance based experience.
