About the show

Designed for planners, inspired by events

The Show was created to fill a gap in the industry for events that truly prioritise the experience of both visitors and exhibitors. Now celebrating over 10 successful years, the Show continues to deliver exceptional, immersive experiences and provide valuable insights to event planners across London and beyond.

Organised by Story Events, the Show runs parallel with its sister event the London Summer Event Show (taking place early next year).

Both Shows are designed to stand out and provide a unique, engaging exhibition experience, where guests can enjoy delicious complimentary food and drink, lively entertainment, insightful seminars, hands-on workshops, rejuvenating wellness sessions and of course, an abundance of event inspiration.

THE THEME

A Nordic Christmas

This year’s theme captures the wonder of a Nordic winter, paired with the coziness of hygge. Inspired by the charm of a traditional Scandinavian Christmas market, our theme, ‘A Nordic Christmas’, is sure to spark the Christmas spirit – even in June!

Set against the stunning backdrop of Vision Hall, transformed into a magical winter wonderland, you’ll be surrounded by yuletide décor, snowy accents, and twinkling lights as you explore the exhibitor stalls and soak in the festive ambiance in this brand new venue!

Senior Sales Manager

Alexandra is our Senior Sales Manager looking after all clients at our Show. Coming from a 5-star luxury hotel background, Alexandra makes sure that all her clients feel they are her number one priority through her track record of building long lasting relationships.

Danielle Palombo

Senior Event & Operations Manager

Dani joined Story as an intern back in 2016 and shortly after finishing her degree, came back as a permanent member of the operations team! After a couple of years away from Story developing her skillset in other areas, she’s back to support the Show team and is excited to be adding her own stamp on the Shows!

Lee Rason

Senior Operations Executive

Lee is our Operations Executive, he will be looking after all of our lovely exhibitors in the run up to, during and post the London Summer Event Show. After working 11 years in Telecoms he felt it was time to take the plunge and explore the Events world, in which he has always wanted to be involved in.
